Mentor PAID INTERNSHIP

At Building Great Kids, mentors will supervise and actively engage 1:1 or 1:2 with campers during scheduled activities, model and teach life skills such as: cooking, cleaning, respect, and socialization, encourage positive peer interactions, and help maintain a safe, structured, and inclusive environment. Our mentors must be patient, dependable, and always positive. They should value strong communication and teamwork skills.
