Key Responsibilities

• Establish and lead the overall UI/UX strategy and design direction for digital products.
• Design responsive layouts and user flows for the company website, ensuring cross-device compatibility.
• Create, refine, and maintain designs for the company’s proprietary platform and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to translate business needs into intuitive user experiences.
• Conduct usability testing, gather feedback, and iterate designs to improve user satisfaction and product performance.
• Develop and manage design systems, style guides, and component libraries to ensure consistency across products.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human–Computer Interaction, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on UI/UX design experience for web and mobile products.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions, wireframes, prototypes, and final deliverables.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent.
• Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive design, and platform-specific design guidelines (iOS/Android).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using collaboration and handoff tools such as Zeplin or Adobe XD.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to communicate effectively with developers.
• Background in usability testing, user research, or data-driven design iteration.
• Strong knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices.
• Prior experience in legal, consulting, or professional services industries is a plus.
