Sign & Graphics Production + Installation Specialist – Verona, WI
Vital Signs Inc. is a Verona based, family owned business for 25+ years and is seeking a motivated, dynamic, full-time team member to join our production and installation crew. This is a full-time position with a potential to grow in your design & creative background while contributing beautiful signs to the community and surrounding areas and working within a team who has the same core values and goals.
This is a hands-on position where no two days are the same. You'll be primarily involved in production and installation of vinyl graphics for vehicles and commercial signage, assembly, both spray and hand painting. Along with on site installation.

On-the-job training is provided and will start with attitude and ambition, that will matter more than experience.
Work Hours are Monday - Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Set up and produce vinyl and large-format digitally printed signage
- Laminate large-format media
- Apply vinyl and install printed graphics on various surfaces
- Perform paint work using both spray and traditional methods
- Assist with delivery and receiving of materials and products
- Complete general construction tasks using hand and power tools
- Work comfortably on ladders ranging from 4–12 feet
- Part and letter assembly
- Bring a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and creative mindset to the projects and the team
What We’re Looking For:
- A valid driver’s license
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
- Basic familiarity with tools (tape measure, level, power drill, table saw) is a plus, but not required
- Someone who is adaptable, easy to work with, and ready for fast-paced, ever-changing projects
- Able to lift over 40lbs
