About the role

We're building tools for the resale community: people who thrill-hunt at thrift stores, curate secondhand boutiques on Depop, and fund their lives through platforms like Poshmark. We want a Social Media Manager who lives this world, not someone who has to research it.

You'll own our content strategy and execution across TikTok, Instagram, and wherever our community shows up. You know what resonates because you're already in it.

What you'll do

Own our social content calendar from ideation to posting. Create original content (video, photo, copy) that speaks authentically to secondhand sellers. Build community by engaging with our audience and the broader resale world. Track what works and iterate fast. Collaborate with the product team to translate features into content sellers actually care about.

Who you are

You're an active seller on Poshmark, Depop, eBay, Mercari, or similar platforms. This isn't a nice-to-have, it's the job. You understand the difference between The Hunter, The Curator, and The Caregiver seller because you've been at least one of them. You've created social content that performed and you know how to make something scroll-stopping with a phone and good instincts. You communicate with warmth, not hype. You're self-directed and thrive without someone micromanaging your schedule.
