Social Media Manager

Position Summary

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the firm's social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engage current and prospective clients, and support the firm's marketing goals. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with experience creating compelling content, managing social media campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with the firm's marketing objectives.
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms
  • Produce and edit graphics, videos, reels, and other multimedia content.
  • Monitor social media accounts, respond to comments and messages, and engage with followers professionally.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and staff to highlight client success stories, legal updates, community involvement, and firm achievements.
  • Stay current on social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics, preparing monthly reports with recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage paid social media advertising campaigns and monitor advertising budgets.
  • Ensure all content complies with applicable legal advertising rules and ethical standards.
  • Assist with website content updates, email marketing campaigns, and other digital marketing initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

Required

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms and content strategies.
  • Experience using social media scheduling and analytics tools.
  • Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines independently.

Preferred

  • Basic photography and videography skills.
  • Bilingual
