Legal Office Phone Representative

Kohn Law Firm, a downtown Milwaukee law firm focused on Creditor's Rights litigation, is seeking candidates for an entry-level Legal Office Phone Representative position. New full-time employees are eligible for a $1,000 New Hire Bonus.

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls with employers regarding the status of wage garnishments.
• Respond to incoming and outgoing emails and other information requests.
• Manage mail handling tasks.
• Complete paper and electronic filing.
• Perform routine data entry.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Critical thinking skills and a willingness to learn.
• Self-motivation and initiative.
• Solid work ethic with the ability to adapt to changing requests and priorities.
• Prior phone-based experience, such as call center or customer service representative experience, is preferred but not required.
• Law firm experience is not required. Kohn Law Firm will train the right candidate, and applicants without prior legal experience are encouraged to apply.

The starting base wage for this entry-level role is $18.00 per hour, with monthly bonus opportunities. A higher base wage may be considered based on prior experience.
